Report a passage
For a correction report, use operations@lanemile.com. Include the article address and quote the disputed wording. Add a public page that supports the correction. Leave out licences, private logs, shipping documents, customer names, account access and fuel-card details.
Automated correction process
Reported errors enter the automated correction process. Correction work includes no human writing, editing or review of posts. Sending a report does not secure an investigation, reply or correction deadline.
A correction on the page
For a material error, the affected page must record the changed wording and its correction date. Fixing spelling alone does not move the source-check date.
